Well were do we start . Don’t ever trust the dog closes to you as they bite the hardest . We got taken for an amount by a builder/friend. Then we found a builder in Bela Bela . Well first impressions did not let me down . A person that conducts his business by opening and closing a meeting with prayer ,he also involves his wife in the business .This makes a very well balanced team of people to deal with . Not only did he build the house he also did recommendations on more than one occasion as to how we can improve and change plans. We decided to spend the time and effort in the design of our dream holiday home . This led us to Cobus from AIF Design . We gave them the ideas that we had and they transformed this into what we now know as Rustgevonden . www.aifdesign.co.za
We went to Marloth Park near Kruger national park . We loved it so much that we decided that this was the lifestyle that we wanted . We then started to search for s a place close to Alberton and found a relatively unknown place called Leeupoort Vakansie Dorp . On the first visit we realized this was the place . Then the search started for the right property . We finally decided on Leeukruin inside Leeupoort and in 2015 we bought portion 16 off Stand 654 Leeukruin a 4318 square meter piece of land.
