Rates:
- Weekends ( min 2-night stay ) – R2100.00
- Long weekends ( min 3-night stay ) – R2000.00
- December holidays ( min 5 night stay ) – R2450.00
- Out-of-season weekdays – R1500.00
- School holiday weekdays – R1750.00
- Administration fee of – R750.00
- Refundable breakage deposit of R500.00 (refundable 7 days after check out)
Additional Information:
- 50% deposit to be paid 24 hours after receipt of invoice to confirm booking
- Balance to reflect in bank account 1 week prior to arrival
- Cancellation:
- 1 month prior to check-in date: 100% of deposit refundable
- 2 weeks prior to check-in: 50% of deposit refundable
- 1 week prior to arrival: No refund
